As an Inside Sales Specialist at Danfoss, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will collaborate with frontline sales, marketing and customer service teams to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close sales—leveraging digital tools and data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and efficiency. The position will be based in Atasehir, Istanbul Turkey.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for high-potential customer segments, Analyze data to target valuable accounts and optimize conversion and retention, Manage the sales pipeline and refine processes for improved forecasting and efficiency, Build strong customer relationships and recommend solutions aligned with their objectives, Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and support digital sales initiatives, Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams for seamless customer experiences. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service, Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Ability to prepare and deliver presentations, Strong sales and negotiation skills; familiarity with CRM software, Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, Skilled in reporting and data analysis, Problem-solving, analytical skills, and adaptability in a dynamic industry, Fluent in English and Turkish is a must.
