INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (OUTBOUND SALES)
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic, sales-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the U.S. This role is critical to driving overall sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and dedicated post-purchase support. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at engaging with new and existing customers across multiple channels.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT:
+ Outbound Sales:
+ Achieve and surpass sales goals through outbound lead generation and nurturing.
+ Proactively engage potential and existing customers to encourage retention and upsell opportunities.
+ Take part in pilot sales initiatives, using successful tactics to integrate into day-to-day activities.
+ Record outbound sales activity and maintain detailed customer interaction logs in the CRM system.
+ Customer Education & Administration:
+ Educate customers on product features and benefits, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
+ Provide continuous post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage product utilization.
+ Process customer orders and perform occasional administrative tasks.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure customer onboarding and follow-up are seamless.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Offer support to other departments (e.g., Account Management, Order Fulfillment) when needed.

+ A results-driven and proactive sales approach, with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
+ A flexible and adaptable mindset, paired with a willingness to support changing business needs.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for creating strong customer connections.
+ Excellent listening skills combined with the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
+ Organizational skills to manage time efficiently and maintain detailed records in a CRM system.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
+ Experience in sales or a customer-facing role, ideally in an inside sales environment.
+ Demonstrated achievement in lead generation and outbound prospecting.
+ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
+ Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales software.
+ A willingness to learn and adopt new processes, products, and technologies.
