Position:Inside Sales Representative- IP&E
Job Description:

Are you looking to be a part of a Fortune 500 company and bring your sales experience to the table? As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for the sale of the Arrow line card in a defined territory, in interconnect passive electromechanical components, generating profitable sales on existing accounts. You will be the daily contact for customers and suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Building and maintaining influential customer and supplier relationshipsServicing the customerQuotation and closure on businessCustomer strategy and action planningTerritory and account planningSupport value-added and supply chain engagements

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum 2 years sales experienceInterconnect passive electromechanical component experienceThe ability to build influential relationshipsStrong communication, negotiating and organization skillsStrong customer service and sales skillsThe ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate resultsPC Skills (MS Outlook, Excel and Word)College degree, preferredArrow system experience a plusThis position offers a competitive base + commission

Work Arrangement: Cleveland and Pittsburgh-This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 1 day per week in our office (Monday) and 4 days per week remote.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$22.50 - $27.50

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
