Inside Sales Representative- IP&E
**Job Description:**
Are you looking to be a part of a Fortune 500 company and bring your sales experience to the table? As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for the sale of the Arrow line card in a defined territory **,** in interconnect passive electromechanical components, generating profitable sales on existing accounts. You will be the daily contact for customers and suppliers.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Building and maintaining influential customer and supplier relationships
+ Servicing the customer
+ Quotation and closure on business
+ Customer strategy and action planning
+ Territory and account planning
+ Support value-added and supply chain engagements
**What We Are Looking For:**
+ Minimum 2 years sales experience
+ Interconnect passive electromechanical component experience
+ The ability to build influential relationships
+ Strong communication, negotiating and organization skills
+ Strong customer service and sales skills
+ The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results
+ PC Skills (MS Outlook, Excel and Word)
+ College degree, preferred
+ Arrow system experience a plus
+ This position offers a competitive base + commission
**Work Arrangement: Brookfield-** _This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 1 day per week in our office (Monday) and 4 days per week remote._

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:**
$22.50 - $27.50
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
