A Fortune 133 company, and a global technology leader, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative II for our Guadalajara branch who is passionate about being at the forefront of leading-edge tech!
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories.
+ Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with current partner accounts to maximize revenue.
+ Find and recruit new customers and partners to grow the business
+ Focus on customer renewals and contract extensions while maintaining strong relationships among stakeholders and client organizations.
+ Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets.
+ Gain a high-level profile and trust within the partner base.
+ Responsible for on-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns the customer interface for backend Quality processes: corrective actions, Field Quality Reports. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs.
**What We Are Looking For:**
+ You have experience in a similar position within software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales
+ Knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS
+ Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitor’s preferred
+ Good communication and negotiation skills (hunting and farming) and capacity to upsell & cross-sell.
+ Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
+ Self-motivated with a hardworking and constant proactive approach.
**Work Arrangement:**
+ Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
