This is a developmental position designed to prepare high-potential talent for future advancement into an Inside Sales Manager role. As an Inside Sales Development Representative, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the sales process, build strong foundational skills, and contribute directly to revenue growth by acquiring new merchant clients via phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Acquisition: Proactively engage with merchant prospects from various company sources to close sales and meet performance targets.Mentorship & Growth: Receive ongoing coaching and guidance from experienced Inside Sales Managers to accelerate your development.Sales Process Mastery: Learn and apply proven sales techniques, demonstrating progressive improvement in communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Customer Understanding: Deepen your knowledge of merchant needs, pain points, and business requirements to tailor solutions effectively.Performance Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives while building a pipeline of future opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 2 years of related experience or Associates degree and 0 years of experience.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Two years of sales experience, extensive inside phone sales experience or telemarketing sales
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

Must be 18 years of age or older
