DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
Make 50+ outbound calls to existing small and medium-sized FleetPride customers to uncover additional product needs, suggest relevant add-ons, and re-engage dormant accounts.Become a trusted advisor to your accounts by understanding their buying patterns, equipment needs, and service preferences. Use that insight to make proactive recommendations that create value.Identify underutilized product categories and missed purchase opportunities. Work to expand the breadth of products each account is sourcing through FleetPride.Manage a defined portfolio of accounts and be responsible for activity, engagement, and incremental revenue targets across that base.Partner with inside and field sales reps to ensure a seamless customer experience and transition larger or more complex opportunities.Track all activities, customer insights, and opportunities in CRM. Use sales enablement tools to stay organized, follow up effectively, and improve your productivity.Who You Are:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related fieldKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Required:
1–2 years in sales, customer service, account management, or a call center environment (B2B preferred)Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and managing a book of accountsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyProficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook and ExcelPreferred:
Experience working with truck, trailer, automotive, or industrial parts customersFamiliarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)Understanding of sales pipeline management and lead qualificationSKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to deliver a compelling message and ask effective discovery questions.Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and position FleetPride as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.Strong service mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and present relevant product solutions.Able to think on your feet, manage objections, and troubleshoot customer concerns to move the conversation forward.Organized and efficient with strong prioritization skills; capable of managing multiple customer accounts and follow-ups simultaneously.Comfortable working within CRM, email platforms, and Microsoft Office tools (especially Outlook and Excel).Self-motivated, results-driven, and receptive to feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.Thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a willingness to support peers and share best practices.WORK ENVIRONMENT
