Inside Sales Representative
Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Job Description The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through efficient quoting, proactive follow-up, and effective coordination of post-sale activities. This position is responsible for managing small-scale sales opportunities, coordinating trade shows, ensuring accurate record-keeping in Zoho CRM, and providing consistent reporting to leadership. The ISR is also a key contributor to customer service, government sales coordination, and administrative support across the sales cycle. Responsibilities Quoting & Invoicing o Prepare and issue quotes for parts, lab, and field service opportunities. o Ensure all completed work is properly invoiced to the customer. CRM & Documentation o Record and maintain small opportunities in Zoho CRM. o Attach all relevant documents (Sales Acknowledgements, POs, etc.) to corresponding opportunities in Zoho. o Send Sales Acknowledgements for all orders. Opportunity Management o Regularly follow up on all ISR-managed opportunities to ensure movement through the sales pipeline. o Submit a Monthly Opportunity Report to the Director of Sales, including: New opportunities, Closed (won/lost) opportunities, Status updates on active opportunities Customer Service & Support o Proactively contact customers to assess satisfaction and offer assistance. o Conduct follow-up calls after project delivery and commissioning to gather feedback. o Issue and track Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). o Maintain detailed inventory documentation, including serial numbers and QC packets for each order. Government Sales & Coordination o Serve as GSA Coordinator for government related sales activity. o Monitior SAM.gov weekly for relevant federal contract opportunities. Trade Show Management o Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, including registration, logistics, and promotional materials. Administrative Support o Provide backup support for incoming sales and service phone calls. Qualifications: o 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience o Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Zoho) o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Strong attention to detail and organizational ability o Experience working with GSA/SAM.gov preferred o Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously This position is urgently interviewing. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.81 - $35.48/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
