Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven, customer focused Inside Sales Representative to support our spray foam insulation sales efforts. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, nurturing contractor relationships, generating quotes, and supporting field sales teams to drive revenue growth and market share.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively manage a pipeline of contractors, distributors, and builder customers via phone, email, and CRM.

· Qualify leads, generate quotes, and close transactional business to support monthly sales targets.

· Partner with field sales reps to support regional campaigns and direct contractor initiatives.

· Maintain accurate CRM records, track opportunity stages, and forecast revenue.

· Educate customers on product benefits, installation support, and value propositions (e.g., VOC compliance, energy savings, builder ROI).

· Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with complementary building envelope products.

· Handle order tracking, sample requests, and technical product inquiries.

· Support contractor onboarding and customer satisfaction initiatives.

· Collaborate with marketing and customer service to drive lead conversion and retention.

 

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or account management (building materials or construction industry preferred).

· Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.

· Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

· Knowledge of spray foam insulation or building envelope products is a plus.

· Up to 10% Travel Required
