What You’ll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers and a critical part of the sales process. Your days will be dynamic — combining technical knowledge, customer interaction, teamwork, and problem-solving. Reports to: Inside Sales Manager Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field — OR 2+ years of industry-specific experience · Excellent communication and organizational skills · Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities · Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Comfortable working across office and warehouse settings · Team player with a proactive mindset Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment and various warehouse locations and conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Supervisory Responsibilities: No Essential Job Functions: · Provide technical sales support and guide customers through product selection · Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery · Partner with the outside sales team to achieve sales goals and complete sales documentation · Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and credit terms · Recommend product solutions based on customer needs and technical specs Maintain and update customer records and sales contracts · Support the sales team with data entry, proposals, presentations, and sales analysis Collaborate across departments (design, logistics, supply chain, finance) to deliver excellent service · Develop and manage price lists and monitor order status · Provide backup support to the team when needed CED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran
