**Job Description:**
The pay rate for this role is **_$22.15 per hour,_** with a monthly **_renewal bonus of up to $750_** and an **_Uncapped (2.5%) monthly bonus for new business."_**
**The location is Hoffman Estates.**
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are seeking motivated **Inside Sales Representatives** to join our team! In this role, you must contact assigned schools to renew their magazine subscriptions and generate new business opportunities.
**Position Details:**
+ Work for seven months per year, with breaks during the summer and at the end of the year.
+ Full benefits provided, including health insurance coverage that continues during seasonal breaks.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Contact schools in your assigned calling queue to encourage subscription renewals.
+ Upsell and cross-sell additional magazine titles when appropriate to drive new subscriptions.
+ Meet or exceed sales goals.
+ Maintain a minimum talk time of 25%.
+ Complete at least 9 dials per hour.
+ Host online product demonstrations via virtual platforms.
+ Understand our product line and technology to recommend magazines that meet customer needs.

**Qualifications**
**HOW YOU CAN FIT (Qualifications)**
+ Ability to learn and understand education market terminology.
+ Experience in telephone sales, customer service, or education preferred; however, training on our products and systems will be provided.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
+ Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
