Inside Sales Representative

What you’ll be doing:

Primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customersEffectively manage your book of business through productivity and pipeline managementCollaborate with internal business partnersResponsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basisManage existing customer accounts to drive sales and achieve profit marginsConsistently meet or exceed productivity metrics and goalsBuild and develop internal and external business relationshipsMake outbound sales calls to grow customer baseEducate our customers on our products, programs, and consolidation opportunities

What you bring to the table:

A high level of integrity in all business dealingsStrong time management and organization skillsAbility to uncover, develop, and close salesStrong relationship building and problem solving skillsKnowledge of product, pricing, competition, and sales objectivesAbility to sell company values and services, in addition to program features and benefits via phone and internetAdaptable to a fast-paced organization that changes to continuously improve the customer experienceAbility to sell multiple buyer levels within small to mid-sized customersExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust well to change

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or G.E.D6 months+ of relevant experience in sales (preferred) or customer service roleEffective communication (oral and written) and effective relationship building skillsAbility to work on-site at our Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

·        Proven account management or other relevant experience

·        Bachelor's Degree
