About the Role:
Join Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions as a New Business Development Manager, driving revenue growth by identifying end-user sales leads and acquiring new channel partners. Collaborate with vendor teams and seamlessly hand over qualified opportunities to the business development team. Reporting to the Business Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic, diverse team.
As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing daily operations, quotes, orders, and forecasts. You’ll collaborate with Field Sales and internal teams to maximize Arrow’s market share, profitability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships and provide top-tier service.
Sales & Business Development: Identify new opportunities, optimize product mix, and drive revenue growth.
Operational Excellence: Ensure accuracy in orders, forecasts, and pricing.
Profitability Management: Adapt to market conditions to maintain margins.
Supply Chain Support: Assist in implementing tailored supply chain solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales & customer service experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in sales and office systems
Fluent English (written & spoken)
