In Lenovo France, we are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside Account Sales Team in our Consumer team located in Rueil-Malmaison.
You will work closely with one or two Key account manager, report directly to the Retail Consumer director. You will be part of a team who are responsible for maintaining and developing great relationships with Consumer customers over the phone and emails.
What tasks are waiting for you in this role?
* Co-Managing 2 to 5 accounts to maximize Lenovo revenue and margin performance and maximizing customer satisfaction coupled with weekly feedbacks to customers.
* Assure good alignment between Lenovo & Customer Expectation deliveries
* Delivering profitable revenue growth across your account base.
* Analyze of your business, Sell in & Sell out approach & share it to the management.
* Reference, Check & control good visibility & quality of Lenovo product information on retailer website.
* Enter all actions in Lenovo systems and update regularly
* Follow all sales propositions with all product manager and key account manager.
What do we expect from you?
* To be well organized and negotiate effectively
* Minimum of 2-5 years sales retail experience, with excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in French language and in English.
* Enthusiastic about IT Consumer products.
* Customer focused, and able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations.
* Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, ideally, experience on Excel.
* Structured with strong time management skills, resilient to pressure and adaptable to change.
* Strong team player with respect for the individual.
