Description and Requirements You willReach out to existing customers to promote the value and benefits of our notebook warrantiesUpsell and renew warranties on laptops sold by LenovoProactively identify opportunities to increase sales revenue by targeting customers with expiring warrantiesProvide quotes and pricing information to distributors/Partners/customersAddressing customer concerns and objectionsProcess sales orders and complete necessary documentationMaintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activityHave good understanding of Channel business modelBuild strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer serviceMeet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.Co-ordinate and deliver training and/or portfolio overview programs.Participate actively in all review and collaboration meetings with internal sales team, partners & vendors.Communicate to partners on Sales program and drive pipelines.You BringProfessional degree in Information Technology OR Computer Science or Business AdministrationThree to Five(3-5) years relevant experience in an Inside Sales role selling upselling and warranty services for Hardware products like PC, Laptops, Desktop, Tablets etc.Good sales mindset in attracting customers and meeting sales numbers.Must have good MS Excel skills with Pivot tables and V-lookup experience.Good customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Thai language and good command of English.
