**What You'll Do:**
In this hybrid role, you'll divide your time between driving new sales and providing essential sales support, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
**Inside Sales (70%)**
+ **Maximize Revenue:** Engage with our existing customer base to maximize revenue from supplies and services.
+ **Qualify Leads:** Skillfully qualify inbound sales calls and marketing-generated leads, seamlessly passing opportunities to regional sales representatives using Salesforce (SFDC).
+ **Demonstrate Expertise:** Explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of our cutting-edge products and services.
+ **Close Deals:** Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, successfully closing deals within your assigned accounts.
+ **Strategic Planning:** Contribute to and update annual/quarterly business plans and reviews, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
+ **Data Analysis:** Develop and analyze our installed base database platform to identify new opportunities.
+ **Contract Management:** Verify and manage maintenance contracts.
+ **Achieve Quota:** Consistently meet and exceed your sales targets.
**Sales Support (30%)**
+ **Quotation Expert:** Be the go-to person for standard sales quotations.
+ **Customer Assistance:** Assist with inquiries related to part numbers, supplies, and printers.
+ **Issue Resolution:** Collaborate with customer operations, technical support, and service teams to resolve escalated partner and customer issues efficiently.
+ **Forecasting Support:** Provide valuable input to sales representatives for forecasting and funnel management.
+ **Key Liaison:** Act as a primary customer contact when sales representatives are out of the office.
+ **Pricing Management:** Manage and update pricing information.
+ **Database Maintenance:** Update our "Turn the Base" list to identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
+ **Special Projects:** Take on special assignments and projects as instructed by your manager.
**What You'll Bring:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ 3+ years of professional work experience.
+ **Technical Aptitude:** Proficiency in utilizing various software and hardware platforms, including Oracle, Business Intelligence, and CRM systems.
+ **Microsoft Office Suite:** Strong command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ **Bilingual Proficiency:** Native-level Japanese language skills (reading, speaking, and writing).
+ Basic English communication skills (reading and writing).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ **Goal-Oriented & Persistent:** A strong drive to achieve targets and a tenacious approach to sales.
+ **Exceptional Communicator:** Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
+ **Analytical Thinker:** Demonstrated creative, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
+ **Advanced English Skills:** English communication skills with a TOEIC score of 700+.
+ **Travel:** Ability to travel up to 5% for customer visits.
