Temp-to-Hire position$24.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)Job Duties:
Handle calls, chats, and emails to assist with product selection and order placement.Guide new customers through first orders and account navigation; suggest savings options.Build rapport, identify upsell opportunities, and support long-term retention.Help set up booths, engage prospects, take notes, and follow up post-event.Support growth in new markets with targeted outreach and prospecting.Process and update orders accurately and cheerfully.Collaborate with the team using Salesforce and Slack to maintain workflow.Inside Sales Rep Qualifications:
Must have 5 years of sales or customer service experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfort with CRMs (Salesforce preferred), Slack, and digital toolsCoachable, team-oriented, and driven to contributeApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
