**Inside Sales PSS with Polish Language** As an **Inside Sales PSS** , Bucharest, RO. You will be responsible for driving sales and supporting functions, developing new product strategies, and overseeing the profit-and-loss for the Industrial Automation business. You will play a critical role in developing and supporting employees to drive change across the company. In this role, you will influence the business towards heightened profitability, market expansion, and customer-centric innovation. The role of Inside Sales Representative within Safety and Productivity Solutions is to manage sales opportunities within a specific territory by generating, following, and closing opportunities. The role will require marketing campaign & lead management, cold call activities, pipeline management, forecasting and closing opportunities to get results. **This is hybrid work 3+2 (3 days home + 2 days office).** **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Prospects the market to identify business opportunities + Follow opportunities from needs identification phase to closing stage + Builds long term, meaningful customer relationships on the phone + Identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and feedback this information to management and other relevant functions (e.g. Marketing or Sales Development) + Account management activities; upsell & cross sell business planning and execution/develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas + Build deep relationships within territory channel community and become a trusted advisor for Honeywell’s products and services + Act on the customer’s behalf as an advocate to assure customer has best possible experience when interacting with Honeywell + Actively pursues new opportunities to drive and enable business growth while addressing new or existing customer needs + Collaborate effectively with others to ensure the customer needs are fully met **EXPERIENCE** + Passion for sales and strong determination to build a long-term career + Demonstrates a strong and reliable commitment to achieve results + Understanding of sales process + Understanding of customer’s business, needs and goals to identify potential new business & cross-selling + Proactively takes independent action to resolve issues + Client management skills, outstanding communication skills, needs investigation and negotiation ability, handling objections skills, presentation skills, telemarketing skills, capable of proactively promoting customer interest in the products offerings. Superb business level English & Romanian language (written & spoken).
