POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Position is responsible for order management, solution sales annuity maintenance services orders for the designated customers as assigned by management; Primary accountability of this role is processing and submission of solution and services orders for new annuity services contracts, annuity services contract additions and annuity services contract renewals.Position required to provide the highest level of customer service to their assigned accounts; Accountable for the relationship management of assigned customer base and ensuring that all customer requirements are identified and met; Serve interface or liaison between the customer and other NCR Voyix sales support teams with regards to issues for current customers. Responsible for cross-selling solution offerings to existing and new customers. Requires strong relationship management, sales support, and account maintenance/management skills in order to ensure an elevated level of customer satisfaction and work to maximize revenue and profitability.Schedule and conduct regular calls with customers to review pricing and procedures, discuss customer-specific issues, review performance/value, position new solutions; Promote customer confidence in NCR Voyix, which will lead to long term business relationships.Identify, document, and inform appropriate parties of any account-specific requirements (i.e., billing/invoicing, shipping, etc.); Obtains customer or industry information that assists in responding to customer's needs and requirements; Understands the formal and informal decision-making process within each of the accounts.Targets existing customers within an assigned territory; Services local clients, typically with responsibility within a single territory/Area; Partners with other business units to expand upsell, cross-sell and refresh opportunities.Recognize the customer's key challenges in their business operations and identify products and solutions to the customer's area of need; Identify possible opportunities for other business unit or division solution offerings.Respond constructively to minimize difficult or negative issues and partners with internal support groups to ensure total customer care.Position is expected to provide advice on rectifying past customer-specific practices that are inefficient and replacing them with best practices for solution and service order management; Position is expected to be an expert on their assigned customers. Identifies NCR Voyix's major competitors in the account and assess the competitor's products/services and compares their strengths and weaknesses relative to NCR Voyix's Develop bench strength through the talent management process including succession planning, HiPo and A-Player identification and development. Execute the performance management process, which includes evaluating performance, establishing performance goals, coaching performance, and implementing effective development plans. Motivate through recognition and reward; Provide encouragement, motivation, and support to the team through timely and effective communications.Participate in special projects that are responsible for the continuous improvement of processes, tools, systems, and organization, Coordination of project initiation activities.KPI requirements – funnel management in company’s tools, Salesforce accuracy and proficiency, data accuracy and CRM hygiene Quota setting management, territory mapping validation, forecast management. Tracking the collection of products and services sold for a given territory.Fast-paced, multi-functional tasking expected.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field3+ years of high performance Inside Sales experience in SaaS, Telecom or Software sales.Proficiency in English (Bilingual is considered as an advantage)Proficiency in Excel advance skills, (i.e., v-look ups, filtering, etc)Ability to project manage individual concerns, including engaging subject matter experts from various groupsExpert teaming skills and ability to work with a diverse teamDemonstrated ability to work with, motivate and lead an Inside sales team.Self-starting, results oriented professionalTele-sales experience preferredSound and comprehensive communications and diplomacy skills in order to exchange complicatedOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job
