About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our Digital & Software Solutions team within Building Technologies. Reporting to the Head of Digital & Software, this role will focus on generating qualified meetings for our sales team to drive the adoption of our digital and sustainable SaaS products.
Your Responsibilities:Meeting Generation & Pipeline Development:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meeting generationIdentify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-upQualify prospects based on established criteria to ensure high-quality meetings for the field sales teamSales Support & Coordination:
Manage the CRM system to track all prospect interactions and maintain accurate pipeline dataPrepare and deliver compelling initial product demonstrations to spark interestCoordinate with field sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunitiesMarket Intelligence:
Research target accounts and decision-makers to develop personalized outreach strategiesStay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developmentsProvide feedback to product and marketing teams on prospect requirements and pain pointsPerformance Reporting:
Create and maintain regular reports on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and activity levelsParticipate in regular pipeline reviews and forecast discussionsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectivenessWhat You Need to Bring:Must Have:
5-8 years of experience in inside sales with at least 3 years specifically in software salesProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding meeting generation targetsProficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management toolsExcellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical value propositionsExperience in conducting product demonstrations and initial technical discussionsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldNice to Have:
Experience in PropTech, Building Management Systems, or Industrial IoT domainsUnderstanding of SaaS business models and enterprise software sales cyclesKnowledge of building technologies and sustainability solutionsExperience with virtual demonstration tools and remote selling techniques.
