Founded in 1934 and operating out of more than 25 branch locations and 5 machine shops, we’re committed to helping our customers succeed by providing solutions with industry-leading products, applicable training, and knowledgeable support.
We’re growing fast and are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and talented person to build, develop, and manage our inside sales team at our Broadview, IL headquarters. A streamlined sales process and a dedicated marketing team will provide your sales team with a steady stream of leads — prospects who are already interested in our products and services and are expecting a call.
This allows you to focus your time on training, coaching, and monitoring for optimal sales performance.
On any given day, you will: Supervise and coach the inside sales team — recruiting, training, and mentoring top-performing salespeople while fostering a culture of fun and success Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling campaign offers and creative collateral, and report on campaign performance Listen in on live calls, provide real-time feedback, and demonstrate best practices by example Manage reporting, systems, and processes including sales forecasting, pipeline accuracy, team utilization, and process adherence Report regularly to leadership on team performance and key opportunities Be a go-to resource for daily team challenges and solutions Qualifications:
We’re seeking someone with a strong background in inside sales and team leadership. The right person will be sharp, a quick learner, and comfortable driving performance through both strategy and hands-on involvement.
Required: 5+ years of sales and sales management experience, with a B2B focus Proven leadership and coaching experience with inside sales teams Willingness to be hands-on and directly involved with team success A passion for learning and effectively communicating technical products Goal-oriented and persistent in problem-solving and execution Familiarity with sales and marketing principles to help shape effective campaigns Preferred: CRM and ERP system experience (training provided) Experience in industrial product sales (a plus, but not required) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D Insurance 401(k) Plan with Profit Sharing Paid Vacation and Holidays Additional Details: Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000/year Shift: Day Experience: Industrial equipment: 5 years (Preferred) Sales supervision: 3 years (Required) B2B sales: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person Commute/Relocation: Must be able to commute to or relocate to Broadview, IL before starting work Equal Opportunity Employer:
