Lenovo Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Team Manager to join our Global Accounts division. This role will be responsible for managing a team of 10 to 15 Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) across the Greater Asia Pacific region. We are looking for an enthusiastic and career-minded professional who is passionate about people development, sales excellence, and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a regional team of 10–15 ISRs to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and sales targets.Provide consistent coaching, mentoring, and performance management to cultivate a high-performing sales team.Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Business Units (Product Managers), Vertical Leaders, Regional Sales Leaders, Project Managers, Global Account Managers (GAM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Order Management teams.Resolve roadblocks across the sales cycle—from offer to order and order to cash—ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Utilize data analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions; ensure accuracy and hygiene in pipeline and opportunity management.Handle internal and external issue resolution while providing guidance and support to team members.Champion Lenovo’s values and culture, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.Manage deadlines effectively and maintain performance under pressure.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.Proven experience in managing sales teams, particularly within an Inside Sales or regional sales environment.Strong people and performance management skills.Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin and other languages is an added advantage.Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members towards shared goals.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
