Inside Sales Leads Generation Supervisor (Remote)

Position Overview

This position supervises the day-to-day operations of the Insulet Corporation Leads Generation Specialist team and will be responsible for tactically executing the new customer acquisition strategy, resolving escalated customer contacts, managing existing and new processes, and discovering and implementing continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis and project management.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong sales, customer service, computer skills, coordination, and planning skills and be able to work effectively in a key cross-functional role within Insulet Corporation and across external business partners.

Responsibilities
Set Business Strategy

Define, manage, and implement enhancements to processes and systems to refine the Inside Sales structure.

Analyze data insights and trends to prioritize pipeline leads to drive business impact effectively.

Reviews financial targets and is responsible for working with field Sales to assist with meeting or exceeding goals and ensuring operating and expense commitments are met.


Lead Others

Provides supervision - ensuring call handling and documentation meet regulatory requirements.

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Lead Generation Specialists team, serving as the main escalation point for Customer questions or issues and managing processes.

Deliver regular, constructive feedback to enhance team performance, inspiring members to reach their fullest potential and achieve outstanding results.

Perform various complex and challenging sales and service-related duties and administrative tasks.


Build Collaborative Relationships

Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless operations

Conduct quality audits and calibration of quality scoring with the leadership team.

Provide frequent feedback and suggestions to support an environment of continuous process improvement.


Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience in an inside sale or contact center environment.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in an inside sale or contact center environment


Skills and Competencies

Strong background in sales and call center that promotes industry best practices and standards, including contact center metrics, workforce management, service quality management, and knowledge management.

Customer Service experience in a medical or health-related environment is preferred.

Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes is preferred.

Experience providing remote support, particularly in a regulated environment.


Physical Requirements

Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.

Manual dexterity is needed for using a calculator and computer keyboard.

Lightweight lifting may be required.

This position may require occasional travel.

Additional Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $54,825.00 - $82,237.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
