As an Inside Sales Executive (ISE), you will be responsible for frequent phone outreach and strategic email engagement with prospective clients. You’ll thrive in this is a high-energy, outbound-focused role involving new business development where meeting a monthly sales quota is both a challenge and an opportunity to shine.
This is a hybrid position:
3 days Office Based in Tampa, FL: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
2 days Remote: Mondays and Fridays
Duties and responsibilities:
Driving business through phone marketing campaigns: ISEs will be engaged in sales campaigns over the phone to drive leads, new business, and testing conversions aligned with divisional objectives. This can include the need for 30+ outbound dials per day.
Leads generation: As growth opportunities develop through relationships over the phone, ISEs will be responsible for working with the outside field reps to send out qualified leads. These leads may include:
Accounts requesting an in-person visit after phone conversations
Clients interested in additional testing options following a phone conversation
Participating in lead generation call(s) with field reps to identify accounts requiring additional support during the month
Meets and exceeds monthly retention and upsell revenue quota
Minimum Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous sales experience or account management, 2 to 3 years
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must live in Tampa, FL or surrounding cities
Collaborates closely with sales and operations teams to grow the business
Robust consultative selling and closing skills
Understands complex scientific literature and use clinical data as a selling factor
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Salesforce.com
Persuasive verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional time management and organization skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Current or previous medical sales or account management experience
Proficient in Salesforce
