Job Summary: An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. This role involves communicating with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and persuade them to purchase the company's products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound inquiries.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
Sales Process Management: Create and manage a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
Order Processing: Process customers' purchase orders and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitors' products to stay informed and competitive.

QualificationsEducation: A bachelor's degree in Bio Sciences and diploma in marketing, or a related field is preferred.
