In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Independently build quotes with Emerson solutions, products, and services, including third-party offerings; Take full technical and commercial responsibility for the crafted quotations; Follow up on quotations in close collaboration with outside sales teams; Ensure a clean and accurate handover of customer purchase orders; Provide product and application information to both external and internal customers; Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing internal and external customers; Coordinate and support other Inside Sales Engineers in their daily activities; Build and manage relationships with international back offices; Regularly update and maintain records in sales administration tools; Enforce to Emerson's policies, including ethics and trade compliance procedures.

For This Role, You Will Need:
3-6 years of experience in inside sales or a relevant technical field; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field; Sophisticated sales, negotiation, and presentation skills; Strong telephone and complaint-handling abilities; Familiarity with Emerson divisions and products; Fluent Dutch and English communication skills, both verbal and written;
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience working with multi-divisional quotes and coordinating across departments; Previous exposure to technical sales within an industrial or engineering environment; Knowledge of sales administration tools and CRM systems; Ability to mentor and coach junior Inside Sales Engineers; Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sophisticated customer requests.
