Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting customer satisfaction, sales execution, and revenue growth. This role acts as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing, strong communication, and consistent follow-through. Success in this position requires attention to detail, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Process customer purchase orders via PO, EDI, or other electronic platforms.Manage the complete order cycle—from entry through shipment and invoicing—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.Coordinate all shipping and invoicing activities, ensuring documentation is complete before product release.Maintain and update customer account information with accuracy and urgency.Serve as the sales team representative in weekly production meetings to ensure customer expectations are communicated and understood.Collaborate with Account Managers to maintain and update pricing tools and customer price books.Track sales-related activities and propose process improvements to enhance performance.Support sales initiatives by preparing promotional materials and assisting with events.Take proactive ownership of the customer experience, always aiming to exceed expectations.Support updates to presentations, website content, and social media, as needed.Perform other related sales and customer support duties as assigned.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.Experience managing multiple customer accounts and meeting deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP and CRM experience preferred.Willingness to support basic website or social media updates.Clear written and verbal communication.Detail-oriented with a process-focused approach.Exposure to production planning or supply chain is a plus.Career Growth Path:
