We are seeking a high-energy, extremely motivated, customer-centric Inside Sales Account Manager to increase the sales of spare parts and develop relationships by providing exceptional customer service. ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed annual sales goals with parts sales to the external customer base by attaining daily call activity metrics, increasing touchpoints, and following up on leads.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders for service parts, ensuring customer satisfaction and account management.Research and identify part numbers, obtain part prices and lead times, and track shipments with close management on special/larger orders.Provide timely and accurate quotes and offer obsolescence product solutions to grow the sales pipeline.Proactively propose, promote, and develop promotional product campaigns for new and existing products.Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of parts and packages.Essential SkillsSelf-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.Comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft-based computer software and HubSpot CRM.Goal-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications1+ year of office experience.Interest in sales and manufacturing.Relevant manufacturing experience preferred.Work Environment
The position operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The work environment is technical, requiring the use of Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM. There is an opportunity to transition to a permanent role with a growing company.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
