Role Overview:

 

As the inside sales Coordinator you will be the first point of contact to our customer network. You will require exceptional customer service skills to ensure our customers are treated with the upmost respect.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Coordinator

 

Issuing quotations based on customer enquiries Commercial support regarding pricing, revenue planning, quotations. Keep records of orders and customer data base Entering of sales orders Cooperation with other internal departments to ensure excellent customer service to our external customers Help to develop the aftermarket strategy Lead handling Report generating Processing of documents for concluding commercial contracts.

 

About You:

Excellent communication skills Self-motivated to reach company targets. Knowledge of Microsoft office
