The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for onboarding new customers, driving overall assigned territory growth revenue while providing best in class support and service. The position will be working with new and existing customers to increase sales and to promote new Snap One products and product categories. Creating a cohesive and consistent buying experience regardless of purchasing channel, phone, e-commerce, Snap One Store. Having familiarity with a discovery-to-close sales process and being comfortable with high volume of outbound calls and emails with an attention to detail, are key attributes for success in this position. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.

YOU MUST HAVE:
2+ Years’ experience in sales Experience with a CRM Ability to analyze sales results and make changes as needed Effective remote presentation and demonstration skills via Teams, Zoom, etc. Problem-solver with strong client/executive relationship management abilities Willing to travel up to 20%WE VALUE:
