The Role\: Inside Sales Associate
We are looking for an experienced professional who can help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and generate commercial value for our business.
What will you do?
· Manage orders with Project Coordination and Account Management team to ensure orders book and ship without delay.
· Prepare and distribute sales leads and send e-mail notifications to the internal and/or external customers.
· Assist on funnel management for the Territory Account Manager (TAM) and keep it accurate and up-to-date by sending follow up e-mails to end customers and partners.
· Oversee process for order requests making sure they are created and communicated to partner and customer.
· Identify duplicate accounts and opportunities in bFO and work with team to clean data.
· Execute all TAM & TAE internal administrative requests, these can include, but are not limited to\:
o Creating quotes
o Opening SE Found Opps
o Closing won Opps in bFO
o Data cleansing
o Entitlement / Asset information report pull
o International Credit Claims (ICC)
o Credit Merchandise Authorization (CMA)
o Regional Sales Budget (RSB) requests
o Direct Account Request
