The Role\: Inside Sales Associate
This position is essential in providing crucial sales assistance to Channel Account Managers and Sales in reaching targeted sales revenue and growth objectives. This involves ensuring that all presales' opportunities are reviewed and processed within the agreed timeline.
What will you do?
· Validation of the information in the Opportunity Registration From submitted by the partner/distributor. Making sure that all information is correct and updated.
· Engaging with Account Managers by creating and assigning the opportunity to them using the validated ORF (Opportunity Registration Form) in salesforce and contacting them for inquiries needed to validate the ORF.
· Responding to the Account manager inquiries relating to the ORF submitted in a timely manner.
· Maintaining 48 hours SLA for all the ORF validation.
· Schedule and prepare for a quarterly cadence for performance, challenges, and changes.
· Support other tasks concerning internal team activities and requirements.
