Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Main Duties and Responsibilities: + M anage sales distribution channels for B2B (distributor, re-seller and fleet) and B2C segments (truck driver), ensuring optimal performance. + Lead Business Intelligence initiatives through market research to identify new business opportunities. + Support other sales channels (OEM, FTM and Export) with information and marketing actions aimed at boosting sales. + Oversee the implementation and management of the e-commerce sales channel. + Structure and lead the ISR sales team, providing training and development to enhance performance. + Develop pricing strategies that increase competitiveness and maximize profit margins, considering tax implications. + Manage the Salesforce CRM system, improving customer relationship management and increasing retention rates. + Develop and implement marketing strategies in South America, aimed at increasing sales conversions and market share. + Coordinate integrated advertising campaigns for product launches. + Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI). + Implement digital marketing strategies that enhanced the company’s online presence, resulting in significant sales growth across online and offline channels. + Execute digital marketing strategies that increased brand awareness and market penetration. + Create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and blogs. + Plan and execute promotional events and trade shows, resulting in a significant increase in qualified lead generation. Hard skills: + Sales Force management – advanced knowledge + Excel – Level Advanced + Power Point – Level Advanced + Sales Force – Level Advanced + Facebook Ads – Level Advanced + Google Ads – Level Intermediate + Google Analytics – Level Intermediate + English: Level Advanced Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. + Fluency in English as a second language is mandatory, and Spanish is desirable. + Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in South America. + Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales distribution channels. + Expertise in market research, business intelligence, and identifying new growth opportunities. + Experience in e-commerce sales channel management and online marketing strategies. + Strong leadership skills with minimum of 5 years of experience in sales team development and training. + Demonstrated ability in developing competitive pricing strategies with a focus on profitability. + Proficiency in CRM systems Salesforce. + Excellent communication and project management skills. + Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and deliver strong ROI. + Experience in planning and executing successful promotional events and trade shows. + Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Preferred Qualifications: + Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. + Tax knowledges + Experience sales process structuring (Automation and Playbook). + Experience with finance management.
