Essential Functions and Principal Accountabilities: + Lead and manage the quoting and selling of individual dental and vision insurance through inbound calls. Provide follow up through outbound calls. + Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating a high level of performance. + Report on key performance indicators, providing detailed analysis and insights + Provide support to small business sales and service team. + Foster an external image that is consistent with corporate values and objectives. + Dependability in attendance and punctuality required. + Job requires confidentiality with regards to consumer information acquired in carrying out the sales functions for the role. + Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Required + Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related degree or equivalent work experience required. + 1+ year related sales experience required, preferably in an inside sales center environment. + Proven consultative sales skills and ability to achieve and exceed sales goals. + Expert knowledge of dental and vision insurance products. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. + Iowa Health license required or must be attained within 30 days of hire.
