Job Description

The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing potential Key Accounts (KA) and Authorized Partners (AP) within the assigned region. This role plays a critical part in expanding Axis’ market presence by proactively engaging with partners, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. The ultimate goal is to identify and transfer high-potential authorized partners to the Key Account Management team.

The Inside Sales Account Manager will work closely with the Distribution Account Manager to drive sales through distributors and support second-tier partner development. This role also manages inbound sales inquiries, CRM lead queues, and marketing-generated leads to uncover new business opportunities.

This position is based in Seoul.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Distribution Account Manager to actively drive distributor sales to second-tier partners and achieve sales targets for assigned partners.Work with the Distribution Account Manager to identify and nurture a pool of potential KAs and APs. Promote Axis solutions and transfer high-potential KAs to the KAM team for further development.Handle incoming sales calls, manage the CRM lead queue, and qualify Authorized Partners to ensure timely and effective follow-up.Engage in small-scale projects by proactively reaching out to selected APs, identifying their needs, and providing timely sales support.Take ownership of marketing events such as Partner Forums, Business Seminars, and Academy Fundamentals to support channel development and partner training initiatives.Regularly participate in Business Seminars, Partner Forums, and Academy sessions to connect with customers, communicate Axis’ value proposition, and recruit new partners.Act as the Salesforce champion by keeping the team informed and trained on system updates and changes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with both internal and external teamsBasic technical knowledge with a strong willingness to learnEfficient in multitasking and problem-solvingSales-driven mindset with a proactive approachProficient in both English and Korean
