Job TitleInside Sales Account Manager, DC

Job DescriptionThe Mid-Atlantic team is looking for a Inside Sales Account Manager to work closely with Regional Sales Managers to promote and aid the sale of Axis Communications products and solutions within assigned territory. This role will partner heavily with the Regional Sales Managers who support the federal space. The ideal candidate will be located within reasonable driving distance to our Washington DC Axis Experience Center.

What you will doInvestigate and analyze customer needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions. Recommend proper camera solutions and adequate product comparisonsResearch, identify and follow up with new prospects and leverage the Sales team to assistBuild and maintain fluid relations with potential and existing customers, resellers, integrators and partnersAnalyze channel partner program eligibility and either accept or reject applicationsMotivate regional sales managers, identify opportunities and determine which customers to pursue and allocate resources to, to best achieve initiativesStrategize, solicit and drive attendance at trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars and other promotional sales activitiesPerforms other related duties as assignedWho are we looking forAbility to make decisions independentlyOutstanding communicationFluent in Microsoft Office applicationsResponsible independent driveAbility to effectively motivate in time sensitive environmentCharismatic dispositionCompetitively efficientSolid technical skills to include understanding of networking infrastructureResourcefulEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business or related area3+ years in sales driven positionValued but not required skills or experienceWork in Information Technology Industry2+ years’ experience in technical salesPhysical demandsThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Salary Range

$68,000-$73,000 OTE (based on education, experience, and location)
