About our Team


Are you looking to join an industry-leading sales organisation? At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, we pride ourselves in providing solutions that directly impact our customers' ability to mitigate and manage risk. Our Inside sales team is dedicated to partnering with smaller organisations to address and solve their risk problems. Account Managers manage a book of high volume, low value accounts, and partner with our clients remotely, through digital channels.

About the Role
 

The role involves ensuring customer success and supporting growth beyond planned targets within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include retaining and renewing existing business, developing relationships, identifying training needs, and spotting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to refer to the regional sales representative. Additionally, the position focuses on optimising clients' utilisation of our products and services.
 

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional relationship management and client supportRetaining and nurturing the assigned book of business and identify growth opportunitiesMeeting assigned targets for sales renewalsCreating and maintain accurate records of training provided to clientsIdentifying client training requirementsEnsuring that decision makers receive quarterly touchpointsUpdating all opportunities in CRM on a weekly basis and pipeline growth to support
growth objectives.Ensuring that end users are effectively on boarded within 3 months of subscription


Requirements

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customersBe proactive and empathetic in addressing customer concerns and resolving issuesPossess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and opportunitiesBe adaptable and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBe results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving revenue growthBe detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyBe proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
