Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phoneAssist customers with quotes, orders, and product supportAccurately input orders and data into the internal systemSet up deliveries and manage order processing through shippingReceive incoming trucks and complete related paperworkMaintain communication and paperwork flow between departmentsSupport the manager and sales team with clerical tasks as needed
Work Experience
Bi-lingual (Fluent in English & Spanish)High School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of inside sales or customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent communication and phone etiquetteStrong attention to detail, organization, and math skillsInitiative-driven, dependable, friendly, and a team player

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales – Counter Sales Representative for a well-established industrial supply company. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with room for growth. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has excellent customer service skills, strong math and computer proficiency, and is eager to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
They are looking for someone to train in the industry to ensure training is done their way—without any previous habits or outside methods.
