**Description and Requirements**
**Inside Sales Representative**
The Inside Sales Representative is integrated with the Iberia Enterprise & Public Sector organization reporting to our Iberia EPS Sales Manager and will be responsible for the development and expansion of new and retention customer relationship of EPS customers.
Your strengths lie in sales on the telephone, ensuring that all sales phases through to completion are successful.
As **Inside Sales Representative** you will engage Enterprise customers via the phone, email, and Teams or occasionally customer visits.You will own customer relationship & overall strategy and end-to-end sales cycle. And your will cooperate with other Account Executives, Channel or Product, and work together on bringing success to Lenovo.
Your daily tasks:
+ Build your own pipeline and meet set targets.
+ Understand customer requirements and develop relevant solutions.
+ Identify and secure cross selling and up selling opportunities.Actively participate in sales initiatives and marketing campaigns
+ Establishment and sustainable (new) customer acquisition and their support
+ Identification and qualification of new customer projects through active telephoning
+ Goal-oriented management of the customer relationship with focus on sales increase
+ Presentation of the product portfolio in consideration of the individual customer requirements
+ Preparation and follow-up of offers including pricing until the completion of the project
+ Quarterly and activity planning within the assigned customers to achieve targets
+ Collaborate with business partners and Lenovo field service
+ Independent handling of customer enquiries and cooperation with international teams
+ of telephone activities in the CRM system
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years proven IT industry sales experience.
Self-motivated and pro-active mentality. Sales driven attitude.
Deep Solution/Product Knowledge.
Proven credibility with customers and experience of building strong customer relationships
Excellent ability to communicate and negotiate via telephone in English and Spanish
Strong client orientation
Strong account management planning, organization and sales reporting skills
Ability to think creatively in proposing customer solutions
Time driven - sense of urgency
