Lenovo is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Enterprise & Public Sector (EPS) sales organization in Iberia. In this role, you will manage end-to-end sales cycles and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers across various enterprise verticals. This is a hybrid position based in Spain, combining remote collaboration with occasional customer meetings and in-person team interactions.
We are seeking a proactive sales professional with strong telephone-based selling experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work within a fast-paced, international tech environment.
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of EPS customers to meet assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Drive customer engagement through calls, email, and virtual meetings (Teams), occasionally participating in face-to-face visits.
Qualify prospects, identify new business opportunities, and drive end-to-end sales processes.
Promote Lenovo’s product and service portfolio aligned with customer-specific needs and IT strategies.
Prepare and deliver tailored quotations, pricing proposals, and project follow-ups to ensure deal closure.
Collaborate closely with Field Account Executives, Product Management, Channel Teams, and Business Partners to align strategies and drive joint success.
Track and document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting.
Participate actively in regional sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to maximize customer outreach.
Position RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the IT industry, ideally in an inside sales or account management role.
Strong understanding of B2B technology solutions, including infrastructure, hardware, and software portfolios.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (both mandatory).
Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
Strong organizational, time-management, and sales planning skills.
A self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and a collaborative team spirit.
