Job Details

The Inside Sale Account Manager is accountable for the account management, growth, and stability of company non-acute clients. They are also responsible to build and maintain multi-level relationships with key stakeholders and to promote and sell products and services.

Close sales, achieving quarterly & annual growth goals as assignedSources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, and through business networking opportunitiesPresents the Cencora Program Value via phone or Teams utilizing the Challenger Sales MethodologyUnderstands customer needs and requirements, communicating with other departments as necessary to ensure appropriate program managementDrives new client onboarding processReviews all new and existing customer volume and trends to ensure growth is tracking to planProvides and reviews savings reports with customers and business partners on a quarterly basis or as requestedDocuments, maintains and tracks all new and existing customer activity within the CRMUtilizes sales metrics to identify successes and challenges, reviewing with leadership regularly to drive improved resultsProvides customer support as requiredActively engages in growing existing business through the positioning of additional TRIOSE solutionsMaintains regular contact with prospects and customersResponds to requests from customers for information and gives online presentationsCollaborates effectively with other AB departments for successful client managementRemains updated and knowledgeable on changes and developments within the Cencora solutions portfolio

Experience and Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in successful client account management and/or selling solutions and servicesExperience in region account planning and execution required

Minimum Skills and Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong phone presenceStrong listening and presentation skillsStrong relationship building skillsAbility to prioritize and manage time effectivelyCustomer first approachExcellent verbal and written communications skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteThis position works in a professional office environment

Salary Range*

$56,500 - 83,270

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
