The salary range for this position is $255,000 to $310,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

The Department of Psychiatry at Salem Hospital, a member of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible adult inpatient psychiatrist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. This opportunity is available as a full-time or part-time position.

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality psychiatric care in the Epstein Center for Behavioral Health, a 120-bed inpatient facility affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital (Mass General).Work within a multidisciplinary team that includes social workers and psychiatric nurse practitioners to optimize workflows and enhance patient care.Optional opportunities to:Participate in the Consultation-Liaison service or the Adult Outpatient Department.Teach on-site, with a Tufts Medical School faculty appointment available for physicians involved in medical student training.Engage in educational and research opportunities at Mass General and Harvard Medical School.
