MultiCare Behavioral Health Network is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide compassionate, evidence-based care on a 7-on/7-off schedule — giving you the flexibility to prioritize your career and your life.

Your Day-to-Day:

Inpatient care for adults on a growing psych-med unit

Average 9–12 patients per shift, increasing with unit expansion

Participate in treatment planning, care coordination, and discharge

7-on/7-off schedule

Ideal Candidate Profile:

PMHNP certified with active (or eligible) Washington State license

Inpatient psychiatric experience preferred

Strong interest in treating patients with complex psychiatric and medical needs

Committed to a team-based, patient-centered care approach

Requirements

BC at the time of employment

Licensed in the state of Washington by employment

DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority

Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Minimum of 1-3 years clinical experience with direct patient care with adolescents

Psychiatry ARNP with child & adolescent experience

Board certification in area of licensure

1-3 years of experience working with the adolescent population

Well versed in EPIC EMR

Inpatient psychiatric prescribing experience
