Inpatient Pharmacist **Southwest Health** 1 Positions ID: 63110 Posted On 03/06/2025 Refreshed On 06/27/2025 **Job Overview** **Inpatient Pharmacist** Posting Date **March 6, 2025** **Requirements** : + Bachelor’s degree or Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy required. + Six months to one year prior experience required as a Clinical Pharmacist intern per state requirements. + Current license in good standing with the Wisconsin Board of Pharmacy required. + Experience with aseptic technique to use when compounding. **Work Hours** We are seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) Inpatient Pharmacist to work Monday-Friday. Includes an every 5th weekend and holiday rotation. On call approximately one time per week and one weekend every other month. **Job Summary** Evaluates and interprets orders and compounds and dispenses medications according to written orders/prescriptions issued by an authorized prescriber. Identifies, prevents, assesses and resolves medication-related problems to ensure a safe and optimal patient outcome.
