The National SPO enterprise services group is looking to add an Innovation Engineer to help with improving management and training processes. This can be a fully remote position.

Position Description: Collect, manage, evaluate and assess information necessary to complete Innovation projects.

Reports to: Innovation Project Manager - HQ OR Director, Innovation - HQ

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: In the area assigned

Participate in collecting, managing, reviewing and evaluating innovation project data, working with project teams, project executives, subcontractors and vendors. Prepare scope of work documents for innovation projects. Assist with execution and documentation of innovation activities with project teams, workshop and groups. Ensure workshop follow up tasks are completed. Support innovation project manager in development and maintenance of innovation project schedule and budget. Engage with project teams to increase understanding of new technologies and potential value to projects. Develop and utilize strong understanding of select emerging technologies (IoT, AI, machine learning, robotics, etc.) through research and development and in association with technology leaders and university partners. Other activities, duties and responsibilities as assigned.
