**The Innovation & Commercialization Specialist** will work hands in hands with Filorga Innovation & Commercialization Senior Manager as well as with Master Data Analyst who is part of the team.
One of the core responsibilities of this person will be to manage all trade plan projects & marketing grid launches / renovations together with all cross functional teams. The other key projects include formula changes and packaging/graphics changes for Filorga either driven by the Marketing team or else due to IOCs or discontinued materials or other legal/regulatory requirements.
The person will be responsible for coordinating Marketing briefs assessment & validation, designing & securing timeline associated to each brief, and will be THE internal & external coordinator who manages projects.
The position will work closely with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, and rest of Supply Chain teams and will hold regular internal cross functional meetings for very close follow-up. The person will also hold regular meetings with External Manufacturers for follow-up and very close monitoring of plannings & stock availability dates.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing the consolidation of costs of goods & profitability with the collaboration of Procurement & Finance, and for getting final approval from Marketing.
Finally, the person will also be responsible for placing orders (raw materials / packagings / finished goods) for launches (Supply chain keeps placing orders for existing portfolio & resupplying after launches).
This person is expected to overcome obstacles to meet and/or exceed goals and objectives and take action beyond what is necessarily called for by being self-reliant, enterprising and resourceful. **Responsibilities** include the following but not limited to:
+ Manages all trade plan projects & marketing grid launches / renovations as well as formula and packaging changes ensuring smooth manufacturing startup and timely supply of goods.
+ Is responsible for any project that requires detailed Project Management Support.
+ Facilitates Marketing brief assessment & validation throughout Smartsheet.
+ Creates project timelines throughout Smartsheet and keeps them up to date with recent changes or improvements.
+ Coordinates and leads regular internal & external projects follow-up meetings with a clear action plan, and highlights critical next steps and actions required.
+ Anticipates and recognizes potential problems and generates alternatives for problem resolution.
+ Reports to Filorga Innovation & Commercialization Senior Manager any warning / issue (timing, price, technical issue etc.) to find solution together & to raise the issue with the action plan associated to Top Management if need be.
+ With joint efforts from Procurement, ensures costs of new products are well negotiated with the External Manufacturers and in line with the cost targets in the marketing briefs.
+ Establishes margin scenarios in conjunction with the Marketing & Finance departments.
+ For new innovation projects, ensures that the packaging component meets the Sustainability standards.
+ Places orders for raw materials / packagings / finished goods for launches only.
+ Works to develop and implement contingency plans that are actionable in case of a catastrophic event and interruption in the supply chain.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ 4+ years of Project Management in Skincare, experience in Product Development and mastery of Smartsheet would be key assets.
+ French fluency is a must.
+ Professional level of English is required.
