Innovation AI Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of talented data scientists and analysts, driving the development and implementation of advanced data models and analytics solutions. What you will do:

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Develop and implement advanced data models, algorithms, and analytics solutions to solve complex business problems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to identify data-driven opportunities and deliver actionable insights.Drive the design and execution of data experiments, ensuring robust data collection, analysis, and interpretation.Oversee the deployment and maintenance of machine learning models in production environments.Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and apply these insights to improve our data capabilities.Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.8 years of experience in a data science leadership role or similar roleStrong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $149,700.00 - $224,500.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
