This position requires either an Occupational Therapist OR a Physical Therapist License.
This position is responsible for pre-placement functional screening and provides development and implementation of ergonomic programs, education, and treatment to reduce the incidence of work-related injuries.

Logan Health has updated the wage scales for our Therapy positions: Occupational Therapist positions - $36.50-54.75 per hour.
Physical Therapist positions - $39.25-$58.88 per hour.
The new pay range, based on years of experience and internal equity.
Minimum Qualifications (One or More Required):
+ Current Montana Physical Therapy license, OR Occupational Therapy License.
+ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program with successful attainment of Montana Physical or Occupational Therapy license within 30 days of hire
+ Current CPR certification with AED at the High School level or higher
+ Medical background with emphasis in orthopedics and a solid understanding of task analysis, body mechanics, and kinesiology for the prevention of cumulative trauma disorders
+ Performs Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) for workers' compensation referrals PREFERRED (will pay for training for right candidate).
+ Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in worksite evaluations/job analyses, and the evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries (preferred)
+ Current national certification in ergonomics (preferred)

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn additional software as required
Job-Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Conducts functional screens based on job-specific essential functions
+ Provides ergonomic recommendations for workstation renovations and new construction projects
+ Conducts on-site ergonomic evaluations
+ Delivers body mechanics and ergonomic training tailored to specific departments and job roles
+ Completes billing documentation and other client-related activity in accordance with department protocols
+ Submits monthly productivity reports to assigned leadership
+ Assists with budget adherence and appropriate use of departmental resources
+ Participates in departmental improvement initiatives, community outreach, and team projects
+ Proposes new or revised policies and procedures to improve workflow and services
+ Helps identify staff training needs and supports leadership with orientation and professional development
Maintains regular and consistent attendance as scheduled by department leadership.
Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)
Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
