Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Injection Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate injection molding presses according to production schedulesMonitor machine performance and product quality during production runsPerform basic troubleshooting and make machine adjustments as neededConduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipmentInspect molded parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standardsMaintain accurate production records and follow all safety protocolsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow

Education: High School

High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 12 months

Prior experience operating injection molding machines preferredMechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret work orders and part specificationsStrong attention to detail and qualityMust be able to stand for long periodsWillingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
