Position Summary:
Produce quality ceramic cores using Injection Machines. Prepare dies, obtain materials and inject part according to procedure.
Essential Functions:
Follow written procedures to manufacture quality ceramic cores operating Injection Machines.Produce quantities within set standards of each part number, identify core defects and maintain accurate records (routers, CQCS, etc)Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshootingMonitor material levels and replace as neededMust assist Engineers, Quality and Manufacturing as needed.Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures.Maintain department standards for housekeeping/6SOther duties as assigned by supervision
Required Skills:

Experience & Education
